A Bridge to Healthy NC 2030

WNC Bridge Foundation hosted a Bridgeshop for its IMPACT capacity-building recipients, A Bridge to Healthy NC 2030, on May 17. During the interactive Bridgeshop, attendees:

  • Learned how their work impacts Healthy NC 2030.
  • Gained knowledge as to what’s working, what helps, and what hurts.
  • Obtained insights into data resources that can help tell their organization’s story.
  • Met state-wide and region-wide subject matter experts, including Cape Fear Collective, NC DHHS, and NCIOM.

Below are materials presented at May’s Bridgeshop. Please contact us at grants@wncbridge.org if you have any questions.
