WNC Bridge Foundation exists to connect our communities to a healthier future and to create lasting change through local partnerships. Our efforts are focused on expanding access and equity for vulnerable populations in our communities.
We are a community-based charitable organization that works to provide funds to support and assist in meeting the many health challenges that face the people of WNC. We provide direct support and also empower carefully selected nonprofits to impact individual and community wellness in our communities throughout the WNC region.

Ensuring Food Reaches Families Who Need It Most
Cry of a Child Missions is strengthening food security across Western North Carolina with support from a NOW Grant from WNC Bridge Foundation. Funding for a replacement box truck will ensure the organization can safely continue delivering nutritious food to individuals and families experiencing hunger throughout the region.
The Butterfly Effect: WNC Bridge Sponsors Children’s Grief Camp
With sponsorship support from WNC Bridge Foundation, Carolina Caring hosted a special grief day camp at McGalliard Falls for children who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Through music, creative activities, and meaningful remembrance, campers found hope, connection, and healthy ways to express their grief while creating lasting memories.
A New Oven Brings More Than Meals
When a family’s oven stopped working, everyday meals, and a cherished family tradition of cooking together, came to a halt. Thanks to support from WNC Bridge Foundation’s Children’s Services Fund, a new oven restored more than a household necessity; it brought a family back together around the kitchen table.
