Welcome New Board of Directors

WNC Bridge is delighted to welcome our newest Board of Directors, who provide their time, connections, skills, and resources to advance our mission.

Eugene Edwards Jr.’s professional career spans 40 years in marketing and sales management positions. In 2017, he retired from Eaton Corporation and resides in Henderson County. Eugene believes, “One person can make a difference,” and looks forward to bringing his passion for outreach missions to the Board of Directors.

Jean Lee is an attorney and small business owner who has lived in Asheville since 2009. As an engaged community volunteer and mother of a young child, Jean is committed to serving on the Board of Directors because she cares deeply about the well-being of the people in WNC, especially families and children.

Kate Vogel has called Mitchell County home for over 40 years and is a professional studio artist who creates glass and metal sculptures with her husband, John Littleton. She is an active volunteer and is looking forward to serving on the Board of Directors to advance the health and well-being of residents of WNC.
