Thank you to Mission Health’s Oncology Nurse Navigation team, who collected, sorted, and delivered various needed pantry items to the families staying at Rathbun House this summer. As the only hospitality house in WNC, Rathbun House offers free lodging for patients and families that live outside of Buncombe County and whose family members are hospitalized for an extended period.

Nurse navigators often need to connect families with Rathbun’s services, and this group wanted to show gratitude to the House with a Heart for taking exceptional care of families who need to stay nearby. This caring group even made handwritten encouragement cards for guests staying at Rathbun House.
