A NOW Grant from WNC Bridge Foundation allowed Blue Ridge Partnership for Children to supply 50 families with large laundry baskets full of hard-to-obtain essential items early in the pandemic. The baskets contained hygiene, cleaning, and everyday use items such as toilet paper and diapers.

Blue Ridge Partnership for Children is a local WNC chapter of North Carolina’s Smart Start system serving Avery, Mitchell, and Yancey Counties.
